A Humble Master of His Craft

Dr. Chen and his team were wonderful. I saw 4 other surgeons before deciding on Dr. Chen and I want to share what stood out to me the most. For starters, his bedside manner swept me off my feet - he is kind, patient, and really listened to the vision I had. His team was also very welcoming, personable, and accommodating - when I voiced that I was still unsure about the sizing a week before my surgery, they quickly ordered the additional sizes so that I could make my decision with Dr. Chen on surgery day. Michelle the preop/pacu nurse was also such a sweetheart and feeling like I connected with her really helped my nerves as I approached the OR. Lastly, I am so happy my recovery has been a breeze and I’m already loving my results. I can’t even imagine how much more I’ll love them after I’m fully healed. I traveled out of town to get my surgery done by Dr. Chen in SD, and my only regret is not going sooner!
