Hoping to correct lifelong asymmetry

I remember being 14 and thinking, "they will even out eventually, right?" The answer was, of course, no; until now (at age 36). I've saved for years and 2020 is the year. I have scheduled my surgery with Dr. Saltz in La Jolla and I cold not be more excited/terrified. I know I'm making a major change to my body and I also know I am super ready. The personal stories on RealSelf are very inspiring so I would be happy to share mine as well.
So far I couldn't be happier with Dr. Saltz and her staff. Everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. My initial consult was via zoom meeting in July; then this last Wednesday I got to meet everyone in person for my sizing appointment. In retrospect I think the sizers I tried on were too big (415 on right, appx 325 on left), but thanks to nurse Ruth taking pictures for me I feel more confident in choosing a 315cc implant for my small right breast and 205-255 for the left.
Opinions are welcome!

Here's my opinion, try sizers on with a tight top to see exactly how they may look. Remember going under the muscle you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. Will they be doing a donut lift on the left? Did she mention that possibly your right breast looks slightly tuberous from the side angle? I could be wrong but TBD can be very mild in some ladies. I think the piercing may make it look a bit normal. W/o the piercing does that areola/nipple appear herniated? If so, the bands under the areola need to be scored/released to have an aesthetically pleasing result and to avoid the double bubble look. Merely just my opinion by all means. If your tall, you may need bigger implants bc taller ladies seem to swallow up cc's. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Hopefully this info has been helpful. Good luck and keep us updated.

Also make sure you research all reviews (RS, Google, Yelp) and def look at lots of b&a photos. Maybe even do a few other consults for comparison. Sorry forgot to add that earlier.

The ugly part

Feeling pretty down in the dumps every time I change my dressings. Nurse gave me silvadene for the dark purply areas on my areolas. Lefty is swollen and still very high - looks bizarre in any kind of top.
On the upside pain is pretty much gone already. Just trying to keep my spirits up until I no longer look deformed.
