Highly Satisfied Out of Town Patient!

After my second child, I finally made the decision to get my breast done as many know the outcome of how they look after breastfeeding. I’ve been doing research on doctors for the last year am so grateful to have found Dr. Richards’ practice! I was so set on having him do my augmentation just by looking through pictures of his work, reading all his reviews and with that he was the only doctor I inquired with.
I do not reside in Las Vegas so I called to schedule a consultation on October 24, 2018 spoke to Stephanie who was so nice and polite, instructed me to fill out documents that she sent via email along with photos.
Immediately, I got a confirmation of the receipt of the email and was told I’d get a call after the weekend with a good time for Dr. Richards to call me for my phone consultation. I was scheduled for my consultation 2 weeks from that day. Before I had my call, I worked up a list of questions I wanted to ask especially as an out of town patient. When the day came for my consultation Dr. Richards was so so nice, patient and explained everything so thoroughly that he answered all my questions before I could even ask them. He asked what size I was interested to get a better idea of how big I wanted to go and help me make a decision when he finally saw me in person. As soon as the consultation was over, I was passed to Misty who was also very helpful and took care of me or any questions I had up until my surgery. I received an email with all my tentative appointments which my surgery was scheduled 2 months after the consultation.
I got sent a packet to fill out along with prescriptions I had to fill prior to flying out. Surgery day was approaching, so I plan my trip to land the day b on the sizers are a big help to get a better idea of how they will look on your body. At last, I meet Dr. Richards and Misty explains to him the size we decided to go with and what his thoughts are, he takes a look and says he can definitely do that.
It’s surgery day, first case of the day and I am helped my sweet Diane. She had conversations with my mom and I that we were both so comfortable and I wasn’t so nervous going into surgery. Dr. Hans was funny and awesome at what he does. He asked me what island I was from and we talked about garlic shrimp from the north shore until I fell asleep and that was it! Diane was also my recovery nurse and she made sure my antibiotics were labeled clearly and made sure I had enough crackers/ water before taking my meds then wheeled me to the car buckling me up so carefully.
Next day, post op appointment and Misty takes off the bandage which was such a relief! She says they already look good and I agree! She puts on a surgical bra and instructed me to start massaging and to come back in 2 days as Dr. Richards was still in surgery and didn’t want to keep us long. Friday comes and he takes a look and explains what I should expect in the next weeks, cutting the ends of my stitches and wishes me safe travels!
I am now 5 weeks post op and in love with my results! Dr. Richards is an amazing, caring & talented doctor. His team is awesome and has the best customer service making me feel at ease as this was my first elective surgery ever. Highly recommended!!!
