I love how they look in clothes and lingerie, though they do look fake naked, as they don't slope naturally like real breasts. You can see almost a bulge up top when I turn to the side; I believe it's due to the round shape of the implant and cannot be helped. Still in love with my results though and would do the procedure over again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Experience with Dr. Rose, High Profile 415CC Silicone from 34A to 32DDD

I am 175cm, 56-57kg, of Asian descent, and started off with 34A/32Bs. I got high profile silicone 415cc Natrelle Inspira SSFs and am now a 32 triple D at VS. I wanted to end up with at least double Ds and told Nurse Kim during my consultation that I wanted to go as big as possible for my frame.
I understand not having your consultation with your actual surgeon can turn a lot of people off, and I had my own concerns before I reached out to the clinic as well, but Nurse Kim was so patient and understanding over the phone (I had my consultation during the height of the COVID pandemic) and was able to answer all my prepared questions that I decided to book with their clinic nonetheless. I would say definitely approach the consultation with a lot of well-researched, specific questions and address any surgical and follow-up concerns upfront, and Nurse Kim will be upfront with you about what their clinic will do in case of emergencies. The primary reason I booked with Dr. Rose was because I wanted to get the procedure done ASAP and she had an opening in August, while Dr. Jugenburg was only available next January. Ultimately, I am so glad I booked with her and could not have hoped for a better surgeon, or a better result. I am so very grateful that Dr. Rose was by my side every step of the way. This was my first major surgery, and Dr. Rose's bedside manner is *chef's kiss* impeccable. She's super friendly, very calm and composed with a bright, positive aura, all the while being an absolute professional. I had prepared an entire Powerpoint slideshow full of wish pics (and results I absolutely did not want) to show her and she patiently went through each photo with me, discussing what I can expect as I have a more petite frame (my BWD is 11). As I have a tattoo underneath my left breast, she warned me that she wasn't sure if she could preserve the shape of the tattoo and to be prepared for the scars to maybe go on top of it. I appreciate the fact that she clearly communicated this to me beforehand and made me understand the risks (even though she did a flawless job at preserving my tattoo in the end and avoided it completely). She was also very helpful when it came to trying on sizers, as I was debating between 415ccs and 450ccs all the way up until around a week or so? before my surgery. She recommended 415ccs at my pre-surgery consultation but gave me some time at home to think it over. As I didn't want to impact my healing process and was a bit afraid of the "too big, too fake" look (and the fact that gravity always wins), I decided to follow her recommendation and go with the 415s. A month before my surgery I made sure to never skip a workout, stopped drinking, and researched a variety of supplements and vitamins to take pre- and post-surgery for best results. I also made sure to stock up on silicone gels and tapes for my scars after. A week before, I maintained a very healthy, protein focused diet with absolutely no processed sugar or junk food. I also prepared a week's worth of meals for after surgery, I recommend something with a lot of protein, a variety of nutrients, and easily digestible (for me it was a huge pot of thick chicken congee with shiitake mushrooms, protein balls, and a variety of veggies). I was super nervous the night before, as I had never had a major surgery before and could hardly believe -boobs- was actually happening. Day of, Dr. Rose's presence was very reassuring. I felt taken care of and prepared. The nurses are also super gentle and let you know what is happening. Anesthesia was... quite uncomfortable for me personally. They start counting down from 10 and it felt like there was pure ice burning through my veins; at around the 5-6 mark I began to drift off, honestly it feels a bit like fainting if you've ever gone through that before. Next thing I knew I woke up in the recovery ward, all strapped into my black post-surgery bra. My nurse was super friendly, she told me I went with a great size and even put my hand on her chest to feel her implants (around 300 something cc). My drugged up brain was just like "wow, boobs" the entire time. I was able to get up and walk pretty fast, and I was really surprised I felt almost no pain, just a strange tightness in my chest. My boyfriend came to pick me up and we ended up walking home (it was around a 15 min walk). The pain doesn't really kick in until day 2 to day 4, I'd say. I tried to avoid taking anything harder than T3s, so maybe I was in a bit more pain than was strictly necessary. Be aware that you really can't use any upper body strength, I couldn't even twist open my pill bottles by myself. It's also a bit gruelling to wake up in the middle of the night to take the antibiotics, but my angel of a boyfriend woke up with me every time, opened my bottles, and passed me water. Try to prepare a water bottle (not too large, you can't lift anything heavy) with a straw, or just a cup with a straw, because lifting your arms up for a drink of water from a regular cup is also tough. Definitely have someone stay with you for the first 2-3 weeks, your caretaker will be your lifesaver for times when you can't wash yourself/your hair, or can't even sit up from the couch or bed without assistance. One thing to note though: although Dr. Rose is an absolute dream to work with and the nurse who took care of me after my surgery was hilarious, the nurses at the clinic in general can be a bit slow and unresponsive post-op. I wasn't given the doctor's number in case of emergencies, just one of the nurse's, and the front desk nurses can be a bit... cold? post-op during follow-up sessions and what not. It doesn't make or break my experience by any means, as my results are beautiful, but just something to take note of. Dr. Rose was always present at my follow-up appointments and again took the time to address any questions (didn't have much) I had. I wish I was able to give her a hug or something for such a wonderful outcome and all her hard work, but alas because of COVID I couldn't. I'd be happy to answer any questions that might come up now that I'm more than a year post-op. Realself was an absolute treasure trove of information for me pre-surgery and I'd love to pay the community back somehow.
