14 weeks

These pictures are from about 14 weeks but I am now nearly 16 weeks!
Around the 10 week mark I started to get worried about on going swelling and tight raised skin over my sternum. I went to see my PS who agreed that I had some tenting and asked me to wear a symmastia bra and to stop exercising (I had gone back to pretty much daily exercise - gym and long runs).
I found it pretty hard at the start and felt much more restricted in what I could wear and not being able to exercise got me down.
I have now gently gone back to light exercise, I wear the symmastia bra with padding underneath at night and in work and most of the day but I take it off if I’m going out for dinner etc.
I’m going back to see my PS in two weeks for a 4 month review.
They are definitely changing and softening gradually and I think they look great I just feel like I can’t wait to get to live my life normally and enjoy them!
The videos are from around 10-12 weeks to show the tenting I had.

I can see them slowly softening and dropping although I know it will take time. The swelling between my boobs appears to be slowly reducing giving me cleavage.
Im allowed to return to exercise that is not chest heavy now but have to continue to wear supportive sports bras until I am three months.
My sensation still has not returned to the bottom half of my boob, I do have sensation in my nipples but I feel they are more sensitive now and I sometimes get aching pains.
Over all I am very happy, they look smaller in clothes for sure and I think they suit my body and I feel so much more confident in tight clothing - I have included some pictures I could find from the last few weeks.

The most significant changes will be around the 12-16 week mark. Just be patient and keep up with your post op massages! Keep us posted on your recovery! You results are great :-)
I’m so impatient with mine. I’m 11 days in and I thought they would be a lot less swollen but it’s good to see others people’s journeys. Thanks you for sharing ! I need to be patient !!!!!
What profile implants did you go for? They look really good!
Thank you!! They are high profile. I'm three months now so they have changed a good bit! Hopefully post an update soon

I don’t have pain anymore, have not taken pain relief in over a week.
They are starting to drop and soften and a good amount of swelling has gone down. There still is some swelling especially at my sternum between my boobs.
They still feel weird sometimes and I don’t have my sensation back yet in the skin between nipple and breast crease. I do get some sharp nerve pain in my left nipple but it’s easing off.
Over all at the moment I think they fit my body and it makes me excited to wear clothes.
Hoping I get sensation back and can’t wait to see them drop more and look more natural!

Following your progress. I’m a week behind you in my recovery. While I want the feeling back in my breasts, the nerve pain sucks! Like a burning sensation if I touch them or rub against something. It’s mostly between the incision and nipple but definitely in the nipple too. I can’t stand getting cold nips atm! Reminds me of when my milk would let down….which was a pins and needles sensation.
