Definitely recommend if you’re going for this type of look

I travel from New York to Austin to get this procedure done. I have never gotten any surgery so this was really a great experience. Dr Franco listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that and better! He answered all my questions I had. He accommodated my appointments based on my travel dates. He is always so happy to help and I love love love that! . His staff was super nice and gave me good after care instructions, any questions I had after surgery I called them and they helped right away. Overall I’m so happy I chose him and his staff, definitely would do it all over again.

For reference I am 120lbs, 5’2 . I went with 500ccs which Dr. Franco ended up doing 470 ccs and 505ccs due to the unbalanced size of my natural boobs. I used gummy bear high profile implant. Definitely recommend if you’re going for this type of look.
