Need Some Guidance! Torn Between Two Sizes (405cc and 445cc)

I am getting a breast augmentation next friday and I am torn between two sizes: 405cc and 445cc. My doctor isn’t really helping with suggestions and I am just so lost and confused. I want a natural appearance. I have a very small waist but broad shoulders. I am currently a big A/small B and I want to be a medium C cup. The doctor mentioned that the boobs will drop 10% in size once I heal and that he recommends going bigger (445cc) because after they heal, they will look more like the 405cc.
I just don’t want to look like Pamela Anderson or huge bowling balls on my tiny frame.
I know at the end of the day it is my decision but any suggestions, tips, feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, my best advise would be if you can opt for fat transfer to the breasts to achieve the size and natural look you desire, I recently explanted (enbloc capsulectomy breast implant removal) after 3 years of having implants (smooth moderate plus 375cc/400cc implants)- I like you had breast tissue and wish someone had told me there were other options out there. I began to develop breast implant illness symptoms after 2 years of having them, at first they were great but then the symptoms started and one of my breast implants began to get capsular contracture which made it extremely uncomfortable and hard. I was not fully told the ins and outs like you will have to wear a bra whether it be sports or underwire 24/7 (including when you sleep) to help keep the implant shape and preventing deformity and so many more things
Unfortunately, I am not a candidate for a fat transfer. That would be my first option. I think I;m going to hold off on my surgery this Friday and shop around for more doctors. This was the first doctor I talked to and then booked the surgery date. The fact that he wouldn't give me suggestions or reassurance is wild. He said its your decision and he said he doesn't want to be responsible for me potentially being unhappy if he tells me what implant to go with. Ive had friends who have gotten them done where the doctor is more hands-on with the decision making and I need that
My natural boobs are close to what I see people have with 445CC. Personally, I am so tired of their weight. It’s like having a kilo of sugar strapped to your chest at all times.
My understanding is that sizes with a difference of less than 60ccs between them are really hard to tell apart, you can't really see a huge difference. If it was me I'd go with the larger size, a lot of people end up regretting not going bigger, you do you boo!
You can look at my review, I only went with 275 and received that cleavage look. Based on your anatomy I would go with the bigger size but opt for the medium profile or mod plus because it's a wider implant and looks more natural in any breast augmentation.
I'l' just say that the cleavage real'y depends mostly on your anatomy rather than implant size. I have a fairly narrow chest (28 inches under breasts) and got 275cc hp, which the width of implant was equal to my breast width, yet my cleavage is nowhere near what Beautiful741060 has. Really depends on your breast bone and distance between the muscles
Also, the distance between your nipples/ where your nipples are situated on your breasts won't change.
