I’m about 5.5 weeks post op and I LOVE them!! I think the size and shape are perfect for my frame! Haven’t gotten officially sized yet but ordered a 34C from Amazon that fits well. I’ve been able to comfortably sleep on my side/stomach for a couple weeks now.

No major changes here, the girls are continuing to drop slowly! You can tell how high they still are in my side profile photo. Still feeling just tightness in my chest and tenderness in my incisions but otherwise not bad at all! Went out shopping for a couple hours today and tried on some new zip front bras I got from Amazon. Loving how they look in this bra!!

Hey girl!! Congrats!! For the first few days I was really constipated (may be TMI haha) from the Percocet so I suggest having colace and miralax on hand in case you experience the same thing. I'd also get a neck pillow (life saver for getting comfortable sitting up). Another thing I've used a lot is a heating pad for my back.. my back muscles have been tight from laying around and just having poor posture because my chest has been tight. Good luck!!
