WORTH IT
Thought I'd update this now that I have fully stopped breastfeeding for about 6 months.
They are smaller and not quite as firm, by overall not bad at all.
We're planning to try for a second pregnancy in a few months, so we'll see how another round of this affects my breast.
I am now 3.5 years post op

Almost 3 years post op and 9 months postpartum
Hello!
As promised, here is an update. I gave birth last December, and as I imagined my breasts got absolutely massive (like 2 cup sizes larger at least) when milk came in and for about 6 months of breastfeeding. The stretch marks got really large in the first few months, but now they're getting lighter and much less noticeable. My breasts gradually deflated once baby started eating solids and nursing less often. I am still breastfeeding now 9 months postpartum but plan on weaning around 1 year. Never had any problems related to the implants.
Now that they got back to their smaller size, they a a bit less perky and my natural breast tissue is even less than I had before, so the implants are quite palpable (although my partner doesn't seem to notice or mind). I'm still happy to have had a breast augmentation, I feel feminine and I love the look with clothes on.
Here you go!

Did you lose weight in comparation to the time before pregnancy?
Maybe 2-3 lbs, but not much more than that.

9 months pregnant update
Sadly, I have developped stretch marks around my nipples. I imagine they will get worse once the Milk comes in after I give birth, so that's a little disapointing obviously.
Good news is I have been able to harvest colostrum, so it appears that my milk ducts are fonctional.
I'll update again a little while after baby is here.

Don't be disappointed! They still look great
You still look great! Thank you so much for posting your journey even through out your pregnancy. I have always wondered what they would look like after getting pregnant. Good luck with everything.
Thank you so much for all of your updates! It is so beyond helpful!!
