Great Experience, Every Step of the Way

Forgot to post a "before" photo. This was taken the evening before my surgery. My goal was to reduce my stretch marks and eliminate the dimples and wrinkles that would appear when I moved certain ways.

Dr Spring performed a breast revision to replace my 15-year-old implants. This included moving to a larger implant, and a different type. She was very attentive, listened to what I wanted to accomplish and carefully explained my options, as well as the pros and cons of those options and her recommendations. After the surgery, she and her entire staff were very helpful and responsive, and they even sent me home a care package with a card they all signed. I've had some post-op questions, which they have always taken the time to talk to me about.

I'm very happy with the results of my surgery. I achieved the fuller look I wanted, and the scaring is very minimal and healing much faster than I expected.
