How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Great Experience at CG and DR. FREIMAN
Alright I'm going to make this long and detailed as best as possible because when i was researching and ready nobody ever really gave a detailed review imma do it in the best way possible because there are some people who are very ignorant with no sense of direction or time or don't read what they're supposed to be doing. I got surgery by Dr. Freiman August 21st at 10:30am. I am 1 day post op. Right now
Preop: Let start with pre op. My preop was on August 20th. Our time was 10am. We didn't finish until 2 am. When you get there you check in, fill out a stack of some paperwork and sign it. Then you wait. A couple of hours go by you're sitting in the lobby waiting. Then they call you in for billing. You give them cash or card whatever way you decide to pay. Then you wait. Another couple of hours go by. Then they call you back to do Covid test, drug test and flu test. This is mandatory. It was around $160 for all of that. Then you go into a room to take pictures and sign a little bit more paperwork. Then you're done. All honestly all of that could've been done within the hour but you get what you pay for. My surgery itself was 3500. They prioritize the nurses more than the customers which was totally fine because I'm just paying for the surgery and not their salaries so i understand.
I got a text at about 5-6pm on what time my surgery was going to be. 8:30am should be there by 8. So we go to sleep and wake up and get there at 8.
Surgery day: We go in and they give your companion the prescription and to have your compression socks and bra with you. Then you go in, they make you pee in a cup and you go in a small room and change into a half open gown. Hat and put your compression socks on and little sock things. Then you wait. The doctor i believe is seeing like 5-6 girls at once I'm not sure though but i know that man was bussssy. Anyways the nurses came in and put in an IV. Then you wait. I'm not sure what happened but the doctor didn't come in to see me until 10:30am. Which sucked but i didn't really care i was just watching tiktok the whole time. He was really nice and told me he was gonna make things work and try on some sizes when we're on the table, does marking and then the anastesiest came in and went over labs and asked some questions about health. Super reassuring and nice lady. Then she tells you we going in!
Operating Table: she lets you lay down and put your arms out. They give you a warm blanket and there was about 3 nurses in there prepping and getting everything ready for you everybody was very nice and caring. Then Anastasia kicked in. I closed my eyes and opened them and i was in the recovery bed.
I was SHAKKKING im not sure why but everybody's experiences are diff after waking up after Anastasia. Even though i was shaking the nurses made sure i was okay and even came up and grabbed my foot and asked me if i was okay. Everybody was awesome seriously. Once they saw i was awake they called my companion to come grab me. Once i was awake enough they put me in the chair and helped my put my clothes on. Very gentle and nice. I'm not sure why some of these girls in these reviews are saying everybody was aggressive to get you out of the bed and wheel you out. Yall have me anxiety for NO REASON. my experience was not like that at all. I still don't know what cc dr Frieman in me yet. And by this time I'm back at my Airbnb. For my personal experience i was in a lot of pain until the painkillers kicked in.
Post Op: they texted me my time of post op was at 12:00 so we got there at 11:45. Didn't really get seen until 1:00 it went by quick. The nurse told me what my cc was, it was 325 on my left and 300 on my right. I originally wanted 350 but doc said it would've been a bit too big on me so i trust him and his work. Anyways she told me aftercare and took some pictures. Everybody was incredibly nice and kind. Also remember to VALDIDATE YOUR TICKET!
anyways overall my experience was great, and amazing. I LOVE my new boobs. ( i wish we could've gone bigger but that's okay) The only thing that sucked was preop and some waiting times but that's what you expect when you only pay for the surgery and nothing else. Even for the price it was unbeatable compared to some of the other plastic surgery offices. I highly recommend Dr freiman and recommend CG.
