WORTH IT
I'm about 30 plus days out on my original surgery April 9, my left side was revised a week later due to a hematoma. First off, boob greed is real, if anyone is trying to decide between two sizes go bigger, mine hide in my shirts and I hate it. I was hoping they would settle and fluff out more but that idea doesn't seem possible according to the surgeon. However, today, it seems like the revised side (my left) is dropping and fluffing and softening while the other is still round and tight. I can notice more upper pole fullness in the right side and they look uneven to me, any advise would be great, because I'm nervous they will stay uneven.

So on April 9th I had my 405cc moderate implants put in, all was great, hence the first review. However the day that I came home I scooted myself up in bed with my arms (big no no) felt a pinch in my left armpit and the next day my left breast was deformed and I started getting bruises all down my side and across my sternum, while some bruising is normal this was not. I went back for my follow up on April 19th and instantly my Dr told me that I would be scheduled for another revising revision surgery on that following Friday, the 17th. I would like to add that this is NOT ANY FAULT OF MY SURGEON, I DID SOMETHING I KNEW NOT TO DO JUST OUT OF INSTINCT. My surgeon was remarkable at the original surgery and the revision of the left breast. He took the implant out, stopped the bleed cleaned everything up, removed the clot, replaced the implant and now I'm on the right path to recovery at this time. However now one of my breast (right) is 2 weeks post op, and my left is only a week, the bruising on my sternum is gone and the bruising on my side is clearing up, the right implant is already more rounder and prettier than it was 2 weeks ago, and the right just needs to catch up now. While I'm not trying to scare anyone, this was my reality so to say it has effected my mental health is an understatement. But here are the girls 2 weeks and 1 week post op

Great Experience So Far

I am a 42 year old female who comes from a long line of ladies who ALL have nice breast, I on the other hand was born completely flat, like 34aaa flat. I had my consultation with Dr.Mckenna and his staff. I got my 405cc moderate profile yesterday afternoon April 9 and as I am still swollen and sore but I love my results. Every person I encountered in that office and OR were amazing. Dr. Mckenna personally called last night to check on me and I thought that was pretty nice. Through years of research and even up until the day I went in for my procedure, I couldn't find anyone that was as flat as me from the beginning so I put 100% trust in this doctor and faculty and I'm glad I did. I will say that after my measurements and try on's in the office Dr.McKenna suggested high profile and I was good with that at first but the more i looked the more I thought they would be too round for my lack of tissue, so I emailed him pictures of what I did and didn't want and talked to his staff numerous times and he delivered. I know they will change shape and drop and look better as time goes on, but even now I love them. Thank you Dr. Mckenna and staff for making this an easy and less frightening process.
