Great Experience All Around

Dr D and his staff is amazing. I inquired online through his website and immediately received a phone call the next day to schedule my consultation. Hope answered all my questions and more in that phone call. The moment I walked into the office, I felt at home. The setting puts me at ease. The office looked and smelled clean. His front staff was very welcoming. They greeted me right away and gave me their attention. I have consulted 4 other offices and to me they were not welcoming at all. I’m sure each surgeon would do a great job, but what meant most important to me was the customer service that I received from both the staff as well as Dr.D. They didn’t make me feel like just another consultation coming in through the door. I am a mother of 4 and waited for 20 years to get my breast augmentation done, so I wanted to be at the office that I felt most welcomed. During the consultation Dr.D was very thorough and I immediately felt comfortable with him and his assistant. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. All my pre and post op instructions were very clear. On the day of surgery it went really smooth. The Anesthesiologists was awesome as well. I went down without knowing it. I woke up 3 or 4 hours later and felt like I hadn’t even had the procedure. I was in no pain. Post op instructions was also given to my husband before he left. I got home slept and woke up with very little pain. I was able to walk around and go to the bathroom by myself. My family had gone to the Bruno Mars concert so I was left to tend to myself. I even swept my house floors but very carefully. I only took my pain killers for 3 days and then only needed IBU. My 1 week follow up the staff continued to give me great customer service. I was healing just right and was so pleased with my results after finally taking off the sports bra. They were just right. Now being 40 years old I still wanted a full shape but a natural look that will keep people guessing. I’m very happy with the results and makes my clothes shopping easier. I am now 2 months with my new babies and still very happy. If I had the finances I definitely would go back to see Dr.D for a tummy tuck. :)
