From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeting with warm friendly faces. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and you can tell right away they hold themselves to a high quality of standards. After I was seated in the consult room, I was introduced to Nicole who would be helping guide me through the process. Nicole is so AMAZING and really makes you feel so comfortable with the whole experience! Next was meeting doctor Schlagintweit and she was just a wonderful surgeon right from the very initial consultation. You wouldn't think you would feel at home in a surgery consult office, but let me tell you that between Nicole and Dr. Sophie, I felt like I was definitely in the right place with the right people. I never EVER once felt out of place, uncomfortable or ever like I was not in the loop of what the procedure entails. The surgery day itself was a breeze as I was told exactly what to expect! The follow up appointments just helped solidify that I had chosen correctly as I left that office for the last time feeling like a new woman, with new life long friends. Thanks so so much to Dr. Schlaginrweit, Nicole and the rest of the team so making it such an amazing experience!
