30 yo; 2 kids; 5'7" 175lbs, but i've been sedentary the last few months bc of covid. My usual weight when i'm active and working fluctuates between 155-165, so i'm trying to keep that in mind when picking implants size bc i will not be this weight for long!!! My surgery is scheduled for Sept 8 and I'm anxious!I still dont know what size i want. I initially thought i wanted 325-350 but after doing the rice test I found 425 to be very complimentary to my bottom, still small enough to play up and not too big so i can play them down. I've been home from work for months so when i go back i want more of a "hmm somethings different... did she gain weight?" Vs a "WOW she definitely got her boobs done"

My consultation with Dr. Hedden was earlier today. I felt like Dr. Hedden was in a rush to get to another patient, but I wasn’t really concerned because his nurses took their time with me and assured me I would speak to him again in the morning before surgery. His office gave me a folder answering any and every small question I might have which is great bc I was so anxious I was sure I forgot some questions.
I’m aware my nipples were already different looking so I expect my implants to magnify their beautiful imperfections but I’m ok with that and My husband wont mind lol
I don’t know if I messed the measurements up at home or what but the rice test was off from the look I got with trying on implants at the office. Well, that or my brain was so used to looking at nothing but BOOBS over the last few days. I was confident in getting 425cc but after trying out 500 I think that compliments my bottom more and I’d hate to have booby greed after alllllll this. I give him my final size in the morning before surgery after he does my measurements!! Hopefully I can sleep tonight I’m so anxious!

It’s official, I have breasts lol! my surgery was scheduled for 7AM. I arrived to Dr. Hedden’s surgical center an hour early (forgot there was a time change from ATL) filled out some paperwork and went in the pre op room where Dr Hedden came in to do my measurements and the anesthesiologist started my IV.
I remember taking maybe 2 deep breaths of anesthesia and seeing the time was exactly 9AM. Next thing you know I’m in recovery with a nice nurse and feeling so much pressure on my chest. If you’ve had kids the best way to describe the pain is the engorging that happens when it’s time to pump! It’s not really painful, just uncomfortable.
I decided to get 450cc instead of the 500cc, submuscular, IMF.
Y’all I’ve fallen asleep 3 times trying to type this lol
I ordered a pregnancy pillow to help me sleep on my back but it doesn’t arrive until tomorrow so I will have to get through the night using these hotel pillows. Oh yeah, I’m prone to back spasms so I asked them to bend my knees during surgery!! No spasms when I woke up and I’m feeling ok right now.
Mentally I’m all over the place bc of pain meds and I’m tired so I will try to update tomorrow or next day!!
