27yrs old, no childs, petite from A cup, 340cc Motiva Demi silk surface pro

Hello there! I’m 27 years old, 123lbs, 165cm and love the gym.
I’ve always been a really skinny girl and always felt like my boobs would never grow and in fact they didn’t hehe..
I’m planning to get a breast augmentation done in February in Madrid, at the Centro Ceme, stil don’t know the doctor that will work on me but I will know in a few days.
I asked for a transaxillary augmentation, as I do not want any scar on my breast, I’m really pale and scars on me are very noticeable so I wanted to avoid that.
Also I have a nipple piercing recently done and I really hope that I won’t have to remove it.
I go to the gym 5 days a week, so I’m thinking for a submuscular operation.
Still not sure about the size, I saw some pictures of 325-330cc and I’m opting for those at the moment, but I’m scared that they will look “too big” on me, and I want a really natural effect, also something comfortable that won’t weight that much for the gym.
I’d like to hear from anybody with a similar case that had a transaxillary breast augmentation.

Just an update, basically after paying a deposit for the clinic in Madrid they gave me a doctor for my surgery that was not even a surgeon certified in Spain, but just in Venezuela... there were no reviews at all about him, so I decided to take my money back and just cancel the surgery with them.
I found a clinic here in Rome, that will do the same trasaxillary surgery, obviously a bit more expensive but as long as I don’t have to pay for an hotel and airplane, plus all the Covid tests it’s fine.
Yesterday I had my first appointment to discuss with the doctor Siccardi, he took al my measures, and explained everything, like different kinds of procedures, incisions, post-surgery, implants and risks.
After discussing about the size I wanted, he ordered 3 measures of Motiva Demi round implants in 295-310-320.
He said that with my base we could also place the implants under the glands, but I prefer under the muscle to make it look more natural.
We don’t have an exact date yet because I have to plan with my job, but it should be in the middle/end of March.

Finally my surgery is booked on the 30th of March.
My surgeon ordered Motiva round medium profile (Demi) implants in sizes 300-320-340 to then choose the best one during the surgery.
We agreed to place the implants above the muscle as apparently I do have some fat on there.
Just 7 days left and can’t wait to get it done!
