Here it is! My surgery was last monday, I’m currently D+3 postoperative. I had a very small chest so my surgeon chose 240cc extra high-profiled implants. The pain is really manageable. The only struggle is definitely feeling so, so bloated... and probably going through some water retention. Feels like I gained 20 pounds!
