Finally scheduled - so I've been wanting big breasts since I had my first daughter

So I've been wanting big breasts since I had my first daughter . I'm 5'7 and weigh 160. I'm finally scheduled and I'm having doubts about the size I picked out (SSF allergen 695cc high profile silicone) under the muscle. Under the breast fold incision. I'm afraid it won't fill up my wide chest . I'll be going back this week to retry sizes.

Thought I’d share some of my progress.
2nd week was the toughest for me my nipples were hella sensitive! I had to bandage them and then desensitize them by applying an ice pack on them for 5 secs than a warmth cloth after. Repeated as many times to retrain the nerve.
I’m still sleeping on my back; upper body slightly elevated because I’m still unable to lay on right side . My right breast is higher and still numb.
Breasts also seem to get swollen at night/morning/cold weather .

I’m finally sleeping on my right side as well but only for short periods. Still waking up to muscle spasms but it gets better by the day . My breasts are also starting to feel more natural.
