Everything is going well. My 1 year post-op got pushed off due to Covid-19 so I saw my surgeon few months later. I included the pictures she took at my visit. I must say I am very happy with my results. I am so glad I finally got the courage to go through with the consult and ultimately the surgery. My final bra size is 34c in most brands and a medium for swim tops and sports bra. I’ve learned bra sizing is not what I thought. I remember not wanting to go beyond a full B for the surgery because I was afraid everyone would notice if I was a C. Honestly I don’t think anyone even speculates I had a surgery - granted I haven’t been in a bikini around anyone who would notice.
Do I have boob greed? No. I think if I could go back, I would get the max size she recommended for my body frame (which is just 30cc more @ 360 instead of the 330). I was a afraid everyone would know I had a surgery and that’s not what I was going for. I just wanted to fill out my dress tops and not to have anxiety shopping for a bathing suit. I have achieved both of those goals.
I may post again after my 2 year visit with my surgeon.
I wish everyone luck in their journey. Anyone on the fence - just do it! You will not regret it. Take negative reviews in stride and remember 99.8% of people are happy, 0.1% will never be happy, and the other 0.1% are the risks of any surgery. Also remember to be patient and results happen with time.
Any questions just ask! Most are eager to answer your questions.

Just wanted add a few notes. Not much has changed since last update. I am able to do most things I want - honestly still feel uncomfortable with chest workouts but I keep it super light and it’s getting easier. I’ve seen my PS a few times since last update. She seems happy with results. She recommends wearing a bra at all times which I typically do. I still can’t lay on my stomach comfortably - I can for short period for a massage but sleeping is out. I asked my PS about this and she recommends not sleeping that way since it pushes the implants down and can alter them in long term. At times, the left feels firmer than right and sits a little higher. Size difference is not noticeable unless I wear a bra that pushes them up, which I’ve include picture to show. My PS did warn me ahead of time the left was slightly larger and would be more noticeable after. I’m not complaining, just pointing out differences I’ve seen. Scars are healing well and less sensitive.

Nearly 3 months! Things are going well. Implants are dropping. Saw my PS a few weeks ago and she said they are almost where they need to be. The capsule on the left is a little tight so I just have to keep doing my massages. Incisions are still sensitive so I’m working on those as well. I’m able to do more now. I ran and swam without issues. With Swimming, the breasts and arms felt tight but no pain. For those of you who read this and are on the fence about going up, I recommend it. I was torn between 325 and 350. I am pleased with where I am but I would go up if I had to do again. I was worried about people noticing - nobody has noticed anything. All my old clothes still fit (other than bras and bathing suits). I still haven’t went bra shopping. I’m usually wearing the front clasp ones from surgery or sports bras. I want to make sure they are at final size before getting fitted. Best of luck to you all. Next update in few months
