Finally. Goodbye 34A

Hey all. I’m a 36 yo, 5’7” 135 lbs woman finally taking the leap. Married-0 kids. Not many with my build so I thought I’d share my experience. I am a medical professional so jumping from a A-cup to DD’s is not what I’m looking for. I attend many charity and professional events and get extreme anxiety just thinking about dress shopping. I am looking for natural look and don’t want to go past a full B. I don’t want everyone in the office to immediately know I had work done. I also do a fair amount of lifting. Like many of you, I’ve looked at many profiles and pics. My PS recommended 300-350 for my frame. I think I’m going to go for middle of the road 325cc in Silicone. Silicone was recommended only due to my size. She felt my narrow chest and minimal breast tissue would make the saline implants (particularly the shell) more palpable. My surgery is still 6 weeks away. I was super nervous but now I’m looking forward to the big day in March. I will try to be diligent about updating this as time nears and during the PO period.
I have attached my before pics and the 3D pics from consult. Left pic is before, Middle is 350, right 325cc.

Good luck! I am 5' 8" and 137 lbs. Was a 34 A prior to my BA on 1/25/19. I got 325 cc silicone under muscle and am THRILLED with the results. I have not tried on cupped bras but I think I may be a full C when they have fully dropped and fluffed. I wore padded bras before and am only slightly bigger (with no padding) now than I was fully padded before. For professional reasons I also did not want it to be obvious I had work done. Hope you are as pleased as I am!

My heart dropped when I saw your “before”, I thought someone had somehow gotten ahold of a picture of me!! My surgery is June 7 and I’m getting 365 full profile (not sure if that’s considered “high” or what). Natrelle gummies. Anyway, I’m 5’3” and weigh 126, have had/breastfed 4 kiddos. I’ll be following along with your posts, I’m sure you’ll look great either way you go!

Day of treatment

Today’s the day

So, today is the day. I was nervous all morning but now it’s noon and all I can think about is food. And , I’m so dang thirsty! I had to take antibiotics 2 days prior and then I resume after surgery. I took my one tablet of Zoltan as instructed when I walked in. Other than that, nothing has changed since my initial review. I didn’t think this day would get here fast enough. I was originally supposed to have surgery yesterday but they knew they’d be running late (after 5p for start time) and asked if I wanted to move. I will update you all later.

Holy Sh*t does this hurt. Ice helped more than anything. Took 500 mg Tylenol before ice and it’s finally tolerable. Couldn’t stomach food until 4 hours after surgery. Thank God for over zealous retail stores (over a month away from Easter)- jelly beans helped with the nausea and boosted my energy. I woke up insanely thirsty despite getting 2 liters of fluid during surgery. I’ve drank at least 60oz since I got home. Update in AM to let you know about my 1st night.

Congrats!! I am a medical professional also, working in a surgery center four days a week. My surgery was in August, 2018, and I’m thrilled with my results. I also did not want to draw attention to myself, so at 5’5”, 115, 34AA, I went with 275cc silicone under the muscle. I am now 32C, and I just bought a one-piece bathing suit yesterday, a first for me. Before, they made me look even flatter than I already was. Stay faithful to your pain management, sleep position, and post-surgery bra, and you will do just fine. I went back to work two weeks later and I was even able to lift patients somewhat. One thing I suggest is not to obsess over your nude body; it takes some adjustment!! I found the less I stared and the more I concentrated on healing, I felt so much better. Yes, they will soften up, drop and fluff, and you will look and FEEL so attractive in those new bras. Best to you!!
