Finally I Am Embracing my New Body with Dr Iteld’s Team’s Help

Hi everyone,

It was my first major plastic surgery (actually first major surgery ever) and I began my researching with very little knowledge and I relied this site a lot during my research, so I wanna share my journey and experience hoping can help who is considering breast augmentation as well!

I am 31 yrs old 5’5 , 123 lbs , married with no kid. Since my teenager years, I had been unconfident about my breast, had to give up all clothes I wanted to try. Now I am in my 30s so why not make some changes I can that make myself happier and more like myself? I started my search back in May to find top surgeons in Chicago, checking their expertise, their work and style( please note, I think it is very important the surgeon has similar view of aesthetic) Due to COVID , I did 2 in person consultations and right there I decided to go with Dr Iteld, it was not a light decision to make but I am so glad I did that. We had two consultations before the surgery to hone on details which for my goal and conditions , I wanted pumped but natural result, not too dramatic, given my girls are slightly uneven , Dr Iteld suggested 20cc bigger implant on right side ( silicon, round, high profile , 325 cc on left and 345 cc on right).

Throughout the consultations, everything went so well, the software they used to communicate made everything so easy, paperwork sent in time, my questions got answered directly and quickly and I felt welcomed in the elegant office by lovely staff -Kailyn, Jatnna and Caryle. On the second consultation, I tried and sizers again and be sured what size would achieve the look I want and got the prescription. Here I have to mention, Dr Iteld is famous for his method of using medicine, he uses medicine at different timing to prevent and minimize pain which is def a life changer during my current recover. The surgery date was 7/30/20 10 am.

The surgery itself went absolutely smoothly, as mentioned I never gone through general anesthesia before was very nervous. Forgive me I didn’t get all names of the nurses and anesthesiologists because my anxiety pre op. After checking in at 9am , a nurse took the pee sample for test, I was lead to a private patient room where I underdressed and locked everything , a nurse went through the file and confirm all my info again and got the IV set, anesthesiologists came in introduced himself and started the IV flow, Dr Iteld showed to ensure me everything is ready and mark me up for the operational area.

I was out asleep even before they wheeled me into the surgical room so I didn’t know a thing happened there, Dr Iteld later told me he adjusted the right side from 345 to 360 cc to make the girl bilateral( see, that’s why I think you should find a great surgeon know what’s best fit for the patient and Dr Iteld totally rocked it ). Surgery finished at 10 am as scheduled and I was awoken by a nurse at 11:30 , by 12 i was picked up by my husband feeling ok. Obviously the anesthesia still settled in my body so my felt a bit nausea and woozy on the ride home, basically knocked out for the rest of day. I am posting my before picture and the day of surgery pictures here

Congratulations on your surgery and on doing something for yourself! Mine is coming up soon too. We have a similar look as far as before pictures go and almost the same implant volume (I'm doing 325cc L 350cc R) except I'm getting a moderate plus profile. Did you choose high profile for the full upper pole look or was it because of your natural breast footprint? Can't wait to read your updates!

Hi there, I think it was the combination of both- I originally was very hesitant to go high profile worrying it will show the round shape on up edge which gives away the fake sense, but actual result doesn’t at all they looked very natural. In order to achieve the fullness I wanted, high profile provides enough projection. And my frame is not too wide nor narrow, so Dr Iteld think high fits me. I think you can discuss your wish boobs with your surgeon to see which profile most likely get what you want.
Good luck!

Looks so good so far! I'm really interested in him as a doctor. I need to save the money and I just want to get an idea of where I should begin. Any information would help! Thank you for sharing your story!

Thanks for sharing your journey. If I may ask, What was your original breast size and what did you go up to? I’m interested in him as a surgeon so curious proximate sizing.

Post-op day 2-5 - loving my boobs!

Hi everyone,
Just want to drop in a quick update on how I progress during post op day 2-5.
I have seen posts before commenting that it took a bit to get used to the new body and started feel themselves after surgery, but that is not my case- I feel more like myself than ever! The shape are so natural and pretty, my belly is still bloated from the surgery and def the girls are gonna take some time to drop and soften , but I am sooo happy and they are prefect fit for my frame.
Tomorrow I am going in for my 1 week post op appointment , very excited as well!
