I’m not happy with the results

WORTH IT$5,600
Now that the implants have settled I realized that I don’t really look that different than before. My last follow up I got the impression he didn’t much care about if I liked them or not and, due to not being nearly as wealthy as most of the women hat were there, I was brushed off. I wanted the implants to look good if I had a bra on or not but my nipples are crooked and when I lay down my boobs look so gross I started crying when I saw them. They fall into m armpits and I look like a freak. His biggest thin was that they looked ok covered but I want to look ok naked too. I loved a long time being ashamed of my body when. Naked and I want to look nice and feel confident. If all I needed was to look good n a bra I could have continued to buy push-up bras. It’s just so disappointing. I will have to get it fixed and that will cost more money. I probably need the mesh bra to be put in to keep them from moving or something because the whole pony was I give me more volume up too but they fell down and there is no volume up top at all. So much money wasted on something that makes feel even more self conscious than before.

Sorry for your frustration!!!
I'm so sorry you didn't get the results you wanted and that you weren't valued as a patient. Perhaps you also needed a lift (I know for a fact that I do so that's where I'm coming from, no disrespect intended at all) and as a surgeon he should have known better and suggested that to you to give you the choice. I hope you're doing well <3

I probably should have gotten a lift…

It is way easier to see he pictures if you click on them.

It’s been 2 months and my right side doesn’t seem to be dropping. My nipple sorta looks like it’s melting off and I’m not at all happy about that. I guess I have to spend more money to get it to look normal but supposedly they will drop more however I don’t think they have changed at all for he last month and I’m m kinda bummed. I didn’t have any crazy notion hat I would have a flawless rack afterwards but I didn’t think I would have one breast that looked like it had a stroke. I will have to wait a while before I can afford more work so I guess I’m just disappointed that my body is so messed up even plastic surgery won’t help
At least they look ok covered up though. Because one nipple is lower than he other I’m really uncomfortable not wearing a bra, (before I only wore one at work) I don’t really want the world to see that my nipples are crooked. Also the right one has a weird gap under it when I lay down or lift my arm and it kinda sits funky. The last couple of pictures kinda show what I’m talking about. My breasts look considerably better laying down now than they did before surgery where they just ended up in my armpits and there was a really weird space where you old tell I had a reduction at some point. Idk hopefully the right side drops more and hey look more symmetrical.

One month

A month in and the right side looks like a droopy eye but I figured that would happen due to the severe scaring around the nipple from a beast reduction in 2005. We will be discussing potential solutions for this once I’m healed and the implants settle. I’m really pleased with the size or both and the shape of the left one. I would definitely like to get something done to give them both a round shape and get rid of the dog ears that leave a bit of a flap. So more work, and more money but it’s worth it to me. Plus Dr. Maloney didn’t want to do a lift because he said he wanted to wait and see if I was happy with the results without the extra torture and I appreciate that a lot. So hopefully we will find a solution that will get me a bit closer to my ideal look.
