I've always wanted breast since my early 20's and finally was able to get them! I wear a 32A and wanted to achieve a full C or Low D. I've got to many consultations and felt comfortable it Dr. Nga Dang in San Jose, CA. Her patience and patient care was immaculate.
I was awake during surgery. I guess they call it "Twilight Sedation" and was extremely comfortable. I mostly slept through the whole process but was able to respond when they asked me questions.
I am 5'1", 125lbs, and received silicone moderate plus implants. Oddly enough, I didn't feel ANY pain after surgery. Guess I'll see how I fell tomorrow.
Can't wait to see the results!

How exciting I have surgery next week. How are you feeling any tips on items you say is a must have.

I will say that day 1 post surgery (today for me) was really painful. I felt like my chest was about to rip apart. I needed assistance getting up, opening doors, bottles, everything. With that being said, I suggest prepping your bed with lots of pillows, have a weeks worth of clothes near your bed, keep water and meds near you prior to surgery! Definitely get yourself one of those "upright pillows!" Good luck with surgery! :)

Post-Op Day 2

I had to take one tablet of Percocet as the pain was unbearable last night and this morning. Oddly enough, I woke up with right rib pain but according to my MD, it was normal.
The swelling is real right now. I currently like my swollen breasts and I’m worried that the end result might be smaller than what I expect. Maybe I’m just being a little boob greedy at this point but I know I have to be patient!
I have my first follow-up this coming Wednesday. I can’t wait for these bandages to come off!

How painful was it when you woke up from surgery and the day following your surgery? I'm so nervous I'm hoping that because I want something on the smaller side that I won't have unbearable pain. I'm so nervous I've never had surgery before and the pain is making me nervous:(

Hey! On a scale of 1-10, the pain to me was a 8. I started with itty bitty mosquito bite boobs and had 400cc's put in. I've read on other forums that the smaller the implant the less pain? Not sure if that's true though. It felt like I had an elephant on my chest. I pretty hunched back for the first week and my chest felt like it was going to rip apart due to the swelling. I was on pain meds for 4 days and then Tylenol for a week after. It'll be all worth it though. By week 2 I was able to do a lot of easy household stuff. :)

Met with my surgeon again and overall things are looking great!
I’m no longer taking Percocets and I can now wear sports bras. Goodbye granny bra lol!
My breasts are still high up and I was instructed to massage twice daily. I’m overall happy with my recovery so far.
