32B to 32DD: getting the boobs I’ve always dreamt of
ORIGINAL POST
Finally going to get the boobs I’ve always wanted

I’m 24, 5’6”, 115lbs and currently a 32B in VS. I had a consult with Dr. Honeycutt in Bismarck, ND three weeks ago and the staff and her made feel so comfortable with everything that I didn’t even want to go see anyone else. I didn’t really know what I wanted when I went in for my consult, so I was told to check out this website to get some ideas, and I want to thank everyone for helping me out. Today I finally made my appointment for my surgery, it’s going to be September 6th. I know I want silicone and under the muscle, but still not sure on how many cc’s yet, probably between 300 and 400, and hopefully I’ll have decided during my pre-op in a month.

Pre-op done!

I had my pre-op today, and I was really excited for it because that was when I was going to decide on how many cc’s I wanted. I was told to do some research on Real Self so I had an idea of what I’d like. I learned that I don’t want to be too large, but I wanted to be a little bigger than something natural.
The nurse talked to me about my medications, what I needed to do before the surgery, what to expect on the day, and everything after the surgery. I was also told that I wouldn’t have a surgery time until the day before.
Finally, the moment I’ve been waiting for: trying on the sizers! I started out with 350cc, and tried everything until I got to 450cc and I fell in love! I was originally hoping for maybe 400cc but I keep reading that a lot of people regret going a little larger. The sizers aren’t really what I’ll look like because these are moderate profile and I’ll be getting high because of my small frame. I’m also wearing two different sizes of sizers because my right breast is a little larger.
Buuuut, 2 more weeks until I get new boobies :)

Medications and the day before surgery

I got the call today telling me what time my surgery is at! I have the 6:30am surgery tomorrow morning, so I’ll be the first surgery of the day :) this is what I wanted, I wanted to get it over with so I can spend the rest of the day at home. I do live 2 hours away, so waking up tomorrow morning won’t be fun at all...
I’ve been taking 2 showers a day with hibiclens, and putting the mupirocin in my belly button, ears and nose everyday. Tonight I get to put my patch on my shoulder around 10pm, it’s going there instead of behind my ear so it doesn’t dry out my mouth too much. I have to stop eating and drinking at 12pm tonight. The only bit of water I’m allowed to have before surgery is the sip of water to take my antibiotics 30 minutes prior to arrival time. Then my pain meds and muscle relaxers alternate every 3 hours after surgery.
I’m very excited and not even a little nervous. This will be my first surgery ever, so I don’t fully know what to expect.
