My breast implants surgery was my 35th birthday present :) I wish I had this done a bit sooner because I really like this change. I'm getting new clothes, feeling different in what I wear in a good way. I feel more feminine and attractive. Dr. Ali does it really well. I took only 5 days off from my work. And everything started to get back to normal quickly.
Implants have a nice feel to themselves too. They do not feel very artificial. The breasts also have a natural look.
