755cc Mentor silicone, high profile xtra implants - not sure how to feel

I received a breast augmentation 2 days ago after losing 100 pounds twice & having two children and breast feeding for about 3 months with both. Yes, I know my poor body lol. HOWEVER, I basically had a saggy “a” cup boob ( I never had big boobs) I am 5’10 190 and got 755 cc Mentor silicone, high profile Xtra implants. My right boob sagged about half an inch lower than my left and my left one seems very high up. Abnormally. It is submuscular and I’m just wondering if this swelling in my left implant is normal?

I have one that is higher too. My surgeon said it takes about 3 months to settle and then they can tighten where ever is needed. When you get implants they ride pretty high for a bit but should settle eventually. I know that and was still shocked a how high they really are after surgery.
With all three of my BA's, my implants never were high. They looked normal immediately following surgery. But everyone heals differently. 2 days is definitely too soon. Give it a minimum of 6 weeks.

Have you had checked yet? I had a breast reduction in 2007 due to large saggy boobs from babies and weight gain. 2 months after reduction I got 750CC and my left breast incision wouldn’t heal. I had them removed and 2 years later I got 755cc. Difference was due to the breast reduction incision didn’t heal long enough to carry 755 cc implants 2 months later. New DR put 755cc but higher up in my chest so pressure was weighing in on my incision. I love my 755cc and so glad I got them. I am a 49 year old woman, 5’3” and 135 pounds. I do not look like a stripper either lol
