I Feel Grateful and Relieved

I travelled from London to Istanbul for revision breast surgery with Dr Güray Yoseldili, following two previous operations by a very prominent surgeon in the Harley St. UK that had left me with significant asymmetry, discomfort and problems with my inframammary folds. My right implant had dropped too low, my left breast sat higher, and the tissue covering the right implant was extremely thin. After spending a large sum in the UK, I had become incredibly anxious about undergoing surgery again.
Choosing Dr Güray was genuinely the best decision I could have made. He listened carefully to what I wanted: fuller upper poles and an improved silhouette, while still looking proportionate and natural. During surgery, he tried different implant profiles and selected the Mentor 425cc High Profile implants because they suited my anatomy best. He lowered the left fold, reconstructed and raised the right fold, revised my scars and used my existing capsule to create additional coverage over the implant where my tissue was particularly thin.
The difference was immediately visible. For the first time, my nipples are level, my breasts feel balanced, and the shape is exactly what I had hoped for. My incisions are also remarkably thin and neat. I know I am still very early in the healing process and that the final result will take time, but I am already absolutely in love with them.
What impressed me most was Dr Güray’s surgical judgement. He didn’t simply give me the largest implant or follow a standard formula; he made careful decisions during the operation based on my anatomy and what would give me the safest and most beautiful result.
Revision surgery requires a great deal of trust, particularly after a disappointing experience elsewhere. Dr Güray and his amazing team have given me back both my confidence and peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful to him and his team and would wholeheartedly recommend him, especially to anyone considering a complex breast revision.
