My nipples are completely uneven, my breasts are uneven, I’m so mad I paid extra for this. I’m seeing him this month to see about getting this monstrosity fixed. This was supposed to be my post cancer glow up and now I just feel worse. I hope he can fix it for free since I already paid so much and it’s clear my nipples weren’t even right after surgery- they were before surgery.

I can see why you are unhappy, looks like your fat grafting didn't take too well, one breast hasn't dropped and fluffed yet either. Did you go for round or teardrop? As I think with a longer chest profile teardrop is best (I'm about to have surgery and I'm a scrub nurse) but it's up to the look, so people want higher upper pole hence the round suits, but only if the base is wide enough and the chest profile is shorter. Personal preference. I hope he can achieve the look you would like hun. Also previously having cancer and not knowing what type is possibly why smooth round is your only option, high profile to add volume but not oversizing width for your frame.

My breasts are settling nicely. The right appears to be higher than the left so that’s concerning- especially the nipples pointing in different directions. I’ve read that this can be normal though and they may even out in time. I’m finally losing the weight from swelling and water retention after lipo too. I’m been doing my massages everyday and they are finally feeling like part of my body!
