Dr Maloney is THE DR you should see if you’re wanting to get a boob job.
I am so happy with the way i have been treated and absolutely love the results so far.
I have felt completely heard, understood & cared for by Dr Maloney and his welcoming and supportive staff.
I’ll be referring my friends & family to Dr Maloney for similar procedures and for his expertise in facelifts. He’s the BEST.

485cc Natrelle Inspira SRF, over the muscle
I’m 41, 5’7”, 138lbs,
I was a 34B/36A depending on the bra.
I also have a very slight asymmetry, where my right breast before my augmentation had started to sit lower than my left breast.
So naturally I’m excited/nervous to see how they will look once they are settled. Loving them so far!
I’ve read so many reviews on this site and
I really think it’s important to note that an augmentation is not a corrective procedure.
If your surgery is done correctly and your body heals normally (accepting the implants along with your original breast tissue) what you can expect is an increase in the size of your original breasts with more fullness in the upper chest area.
Dr Maloney has been so good to me and any questions or concerns I have had during my recovery he has answered personally.

Can you go into depth what to expect the day of surgery?

Happy to )
The day of surgery I had to fast from midnight until my procedure. When I got to the clinic I was weighed and taken to a hospital bed in a waiting bay to change and then I was spoken to by a nurse and my Dr who drew on my chest with a marker and my anesthesiologist. Then I had my IV placed and i was out, I woke up wearing a surgical bra feeling a bit thirsty, stiff and sore. It’s not a very long procedure so it was over with really fast. The medication the Dr had me take for the first 7 days after the surgery was a combination of hydrocodone and Valium which worked wonders as I can’t really remember being in any sort of severe pain. My chest just felt really tight and tender but it was more of a feeling of discomfort. I was also bloated with about 6lbs of swelling and water retention post op which I didn’t know to expect. Thankfully that only lasted a couple of weeks. Hope this was helpful )

Fluffed and Dropped
I just want to say this experience has been so wonderful. I was back at pole classes a little under 4 weeks post surgery.
The incision scars are minimal and sit right in the breast fold so they aren’t noticeable unless you lift them up and they’re fading fast.
The post surgery bloat was the only surprise I had in the whole process, but the 6lbs of water retention I had disappeared fast.
I’ve had no complications, the implants have started to sit on my body in a more natural looking way, they feel soft like real breasts.
I just love them.
The best way I can describe how it feels is that It’s like having a really gorgeous outfit to wear for a special occasion except it’s my own skin every single day.
