I am still adjusting to it but so far so good! I went to the gym a week ago and my boobs were so sore for few days. It is still a question for me whether it is safe to be weight liftings or doing upper body work outs for more than 30 lbs.

So far i like how it's helping strengthen the incisions as well as keeping the skin smoother and also seals the skin per se. I bought it from Dr. Li's clinic. But bio oil does it's purpose just fine. I would like to see your progress. I am happy we both have clean and successful results!

I read about girls having theirs ‘bottom out’ and i’m deathly terrified of that. I wear a sports bra 24/7 even when i’m sleeping ....

Yay can't wait for you to try bio corneum but your bio oil is good too! I use surgical bra almost daily and replace it with sports bra when it's needing wash. Yea day and night and i think we have to for about 6 months. Thanks for sharing your experience you look amazing! Also do you work
Out? I am thinking of going back to the gym full time and back to hiking.
To be honest i dont know what is "bottom out" but I've seen so many scary stories and experiences and I'm happy we both are ok with ours.

bottoming out is when the implants drop too low and then it just looks terrible and saggy :(
yes! I used to be a gym rat and then last year due to starting a new job I kind of let myself go, which I felt disappointed in myself for. So, I am picking back up with cardio and weights ago, dr. just cleared me and that will hopefully enhance my results anyway! I am waiting for it to get warmer so I can tackle mission peak! it’s a great workout!! what size bra are you now? I went from a ridiculous 32F (i’m 5’1, very petite) to a solid 32D

Wow you hike too!! Nice! You have a nice figure and so with little work out here and there you will look amazing! Keep it up! I think 32f is way too big for petite women. I am also 5'3 and i am either 34C or D but i like the C since it fits so well on me. Warm

Tried some old padded bras. I realized my chest is really mot that big but considering i was flat i think it is still the best size for me.

How my chest looked
Like after days and few weeks after op and did not start taking pic up until on my 3 weeks. But needless to say i was flat and i am very satisfied with my 405 cc from nothing to begin with.

Well we are all happy for you. I’m currently researching what I want my boobs to look like. Yours is up on the lists. Two questions though. What’s your age and do you have kids? I’m 24/no kids. I am 46. I have one son in my late 20's. You are very young and depending on your height and weight doctors will recommend the right cc's for you.
My doctor placed a 405 cc because he believed it was best for me and I couldn't be happier of the result. I will make the video soon. Take it from me
I was very flat to begin for 45 years and i finally did it and so worth it. Please do your research but focus on what your goal is. But i would highly recommend my doctor if you are in the area.

you’re 46? you have full, perky beasts of a 22 year old! I was just looking at mine earlier and beaming with happiness. thank the heavens we found the right doctor. ditto, I highly recommend Dr. Li if you’re in the area.
