Can't be happier. They have completely settled down and feel very natural. At about 3 months post op I was measured 34DD at VS, now measuring 34DDD, so don't rush into buying tons of cute expensive bras as you may need different size when they completely settle.

Looks amazing!!
They fit you perfectly!
What size are you now? I’m having my surgery Monday and I’m getting natrelle 485cc also. I’m starting at 36b
Thanks for posting so many Picard regular updates. We're around the same size and you've been incredibly helpful in guiding my expectations for someone my size. I appreciate it. I'm thinking of 400cc. Surgery scheduled this week.
Thank you for the update sharing’ I just got my natrelles 410 ffs our yesterday with my new implants being the natrelle inspira ssf in 485 CCs so it’s nice to get idea how they’ll turn out! Thanks for the share

3 months post op

I can move my boobs if I flex with pec muscles, I find it amusing, doesn't bother me at all. I'll be 3 months post OP on the 25th, overall very happy that I did it. Have some rippling that I don't like, asked my PS if I would have had them with gummy bears (I went with soft touch), he said he would ask the implant rep. I may switch them out, I'll see. I would like them a little closer together, but I would have needed to go with a wider implant, probably moderate profile (I have high profile).

You are looking gorgeous! Mine seem a bit far apart as well if I stretch my arms out, but I think we really only notice it because our boobs are proper round now, so it’s more pronounced. I also still have the numbness on the bottoms so it’s not just you :) xx

Dropping and fluffing

Not much has happened since last update, the right breast is lower and softer than the left (has always been lower). Slight asymmetry in size persists but I was asymmetric before the surgery and got same size implants, so I expected to stay asymmetric but I'm ok with it. Not very happy about the rippling that is only seen with me bending down, it's seen on the lower outer breasts on both sides. During consult my PS convinced me that I won't have that issue since I'm going with soft touch kind... I'm seeing him in a couple of weeks so I'll discuss that with him. No pain, little nipple sensitivity and minimal numbness persist. Overall, huge improvement and happy I did it.

Great stuff. We are 3 days apart and I'm also more than satisfied with my results :)
