Went back to work this week! I worked two 12 hour shifts and one 16 hour shift all in row (I’m a NICU nurse). Was able to properly do my job without any significant pain. I’ve been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen for muscle tightness and doing breast massages 5 times a day. The muscle tightness gets better each day and the massages get easier as well. Love how they look so far!
