WORTH IT$6,500
I got 285ish cc, moderate profile, silicone, under the muscle implants. I told him I didn’t want to look. My sizing before was a 28D (this is not enormous by any means—-please check out the subreddit r/abrathatfits to further understand sizing). The the most recent time that I measured my bra size—before a 10ish pound weight loss that got me to 120–I weighed a 28I. I suspect that I measure around 28Gb at the direct moment. I am 5’6.5” and weighed the same during the original surgery (120 give or take 8). I did not have any deformities like Tubular breast. Just a very uncomplicated case. Hope this gives everyone a realistic idea of possible outcomes.

My experience from start to finish with Dr. Budny was fantastic. He talked me through every step of the process from why I wanted implants to realistic expectations to appropriate sizing. Pre-op discussions included final size choices and conversations regarding what day of surgery would be like and what I could expect for those first post-operative days. My results were fantastic. Very happy I chose this surgeon.

Did you have the piercings before, or did you get them after? Looks awesome!
I got them after. I no longer have them as of this week, though. I will reevaluate having them pierced again when I have the implants out finally.

I am. For reasons unrelated to the aesthetics of my implants, or the work of the surgeon. They just aren’t who I am anymore.

Sure thing. I am 5’6.5”. At the time of the procedure I would say I weighed somewhere around 120lbs, give or take 8. My before size was a 28D. I did have some tissue before, but nothing very significant. I would HIGHLY recommend that you visit the subreddit r/abrathatfits to make sure you have a solid understanding of bra sizes and what that means. I would also recommend that you use their bra size calculator to get a handle on where you are now. It is highly likely that you surgeon will not understand bra sizing either, and it is not possible to tell someone they will be a “D” cup, when the actual volume of breast tissue in a “D” cup varies so significantly between women. My current size is 28I.

I am very, very pleased with them aesthetically. They look excellent, and this is after 8 years. I will try to find some before shots for you though, if that will be helpful.
And yes I am having them removed, but it’s not due to the work of this surgeon. Just because I don’t feel like they represent me anymore.
It would be great to see how much tissue you had before the surgery, this is the exact look i would like to achive after getting my implants

I did not have them pierced at the time, but my current surgeon had me remove them. So, yes, I would assume so!
