Dr. Tong and his team provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly before my BA procedure. The recovery was easy, smooth and nearly painless, adding to the overall positive experience. His head nurse, Jean, was also fantastic—she checked in the day after surgery and responded to my emails promptly. While the office has many medical staff members, I had the pleasure of working with Shannon at the front desk, who was an absolute joy.
