Dual plane, smooth round, 345cc - awful, breasts are too close to the midline

Dual Plane/smooth Round/345cc
I had my surgery in the beginning of august 2022
I have depressed breast bone, so I should have gone with UHP, I was 32aa. Almost no tissue to begin with. I’ve tried 4 sizers and chose 345cc.
Doctor chose the silicone type and profile after
I told him I wanted natural result.
3 months later, I ended up with this.
My breasts looks awful, they are too close to the midline, touching each other. Right breast is clearly more closer to midline. My surgeon did not recommend a thong bra or any massage.
I spoke to his office about it, he only advised me to wear an underwire bra to keep them separated which did not work.
I have an appointment with him end of this month
So I will see what he says, I completely trusted him, he was voted No.1 surgeon in my town.
