5’4”- 140lbs- before BA I was a 36B-got 405cc

I’ve wanted breast augmentation since I realized my breast would never get any bigger. I’m now in my thirties and decided to go for it. I didn’t do this for anyone else but me and I’m so happy I did. Post op was rough the first week, you definitely need a helping hand with doing the simplest tasks and should def take a minimum of seven days to recover and feel back to normal. It took me about 3 weeks to really be 100% back to myself. Everything went so well that I can’t believe it took me 15 years to finally go through with it. Dr. William Koenig is amazing at his craft. He took his time answering any questions I had and made sure I was completely informed. I actually met with one other surgeon that quoted me a cheaper price but I didn’t feel comfortable and felt like I was just another number in his day. Dr. Koenig did not make me feel like that. His staff and the practice as a whole is now my go to for any other procedure I will have done. I know my new boobs will take time to settle into place ( anywhere from 6 months to a year) so I’ll do another picture update then!
