Finally off painkillers and only taking Tylenol every once in awhile as needed! Recovery was pretty easy over-all... any discomfort was always manageable and I was more so just achy, rather than being in pain. I am back to working, but luckily I am work from home so it is a pretty easy transition. Most of my pain-killer bloat it gone, thankfully! That part was super uncomfortable. The girls are looking less and less like torpedos every day lol. I am hoping I can get to the gym and start walking this weekend! (No strenuous workouts until my 3 week check-up.) I’ve added some new progress pictures, as well as some pictures to show how they are looking in a no-padding, underwire bra (what I am wearing 99% of the time, along with a strap up top since m first post-op appt on 2/22). I am currently wearing a 34DD comfortably but I know that can and probably will change so I’m not getting attached to this size!

Post-Op Update Day 1
Feeling great post-surgery! A little sore and achy on my chest. (Similar to the sensation of doing an intense chest workout.) I can’t wait to see how the girls will drop and fluff. I do think that 450cc is the perfect size, I am happy I upped it 50cc at before my surgery.

How’s things going girl?
Omg I really dropped off the grid the past couple of days! It was a bit of a shock to my system to get back to work, even though I am just work from home, after so many days of JUST relaxing! I posted an update with some pics just now :) Going to drive for the first time since my surgery to get a pedicure and hopefully walk on the treadmill a little bit at the gym. You are looking SO good! Making me excited to go swimsuit shopping for my trip in April!!
You look great. You look just like me after mine! I’m starting to get a little boob greed but I think they will fill out once they settle into the pocket. Definitely way better than they were. And I guess better to be safe than sorry and push it and go too big and regret it. Can always go bigger down the road if need be. Once the swelling went down I felt sad. We have a love hate relationship hahaha. I started walking on the treadmill too a few days ago. Felt great. Was going steer crazy!
I follow this one girl on here who went with 450s like us. Once hers dropped and fluffed they were beautiful. I gotta remind myself to be patient. Let me know if you experience the same thing after swelling goes down. Glad you are doing well and looking great!!!!

Surgery Day + Pre-Op Pictures
It is the morning of surgery, and I am starting to get nervous... I have never had surgery before, so I’m sure that is the main cause of my nerves. Anesthesia is a scary/unfamiliar thing to me, but after reading so many other reviews, I’m reassured of how quick the process with be... or should I say feel, from start to finish. Here are some before pictures of my breasts prior to surgery... Bralettes and matching set are both Target! Xx

Can’t wait to see the results! I’m getting mine done in March :)
Excited to see the start of your journey. How did surgery go? How do you feel today? Did you still go with 450s?
Congrats! I'll be posting an update with some pictures post surgery after shortly!

Surgery went great, I did go with the 450s! I really was OUT after just a couple mins in the OR (s/o Anesthesia). Luckily, I haven't had too much pain, more so just achey/sore. I am going to update my review thread in just a couple mins :)
Great to hear! Ya crazy how you’re just out and then wake up from a little nap and it’s all done. I was looking at your before pics. Our body types are definitely very similar. Interested in viewing your journey. Rest up girl. Look forward to seeing more updates soon. I posted a video yesterday of my progress. I actually have some movement in mine now. Not afraid to finally touch them and play with them a little so that was exciting :)
My BA is in a month and I'm soooo nervous about the general anesthesia because I've never had surgery before like you. How did it go? What did it feel like? Were you all wonky when you woke up?
It went really well!! I was probably conscious for 1 full minute in the operating room before I was out, no joke. 3 deep breathes in and out and I was asleep. I wasn't loopy when I woke up, it just took me a little bit longer to process what was happening... similar to how you can be groggy after a long nap. Very relaxed and at ease though. It does affect your memory a little bit as it wears off over the next couple of days. I would say I felt present, and like I was fully aware of everything as it happened, but when I tried to remember details later, the weekend was kind of fuzzy. No big deal though since you're just resting and recovering anyways during that time! You will be fine:) They keep you busy up until you are wheeled into surgery so not much time to worry beforehand either!
Thanks so much for the reply! That makes me feel less nervous! How's the pain? Can you lift your arms over your head now?
