I just wanted to show my appreciation and really thank him for giving me perfect boobs! I had a revision rhinoplasty with another surgeon planned and I didn’t plan on doing my boobs until I saw a review on here for Dr Inglefield. Turns out they operated in the same hospital so I was lucky enough to have 2 procedures by 2 doctors in one go. I had a great experience with great aftercare, he really does have a lovely team!
I have 405cc overs with b lite anatomical implants over the muscle and I was a 34/B before and ended up a D/DD :)
It’s been nearly 2 years since my procedure and I thought a review would be a nice way to say thanks

Good to see some one who has overs as most reviews are for understand they look so good! Tour before pic looks like how my own are right now. I’m struggling to decide between 425&450

I was trying to decide between 405 and 450. I’m glad 405 because some outfits my boobs are such a tight squeeze if any bigger it wouldn’t fit. and if I want it to look bigger I have a bra for it and they can look so huge with it. You can always make them look bigger but you can’t make them smaller remember.

So would u say I should stick with 425 instead of the. 450s?
I'm 5'1 in height and I don't want to regret not going bigger as I'm not going back for another surgery !!
The sizers first 450 were heavy (good weight to them ) but nothing surgeons were saying to not go for 450s as too much yet they said I could
I mean how much difference can 25ccs really make is what I'm asking
