Forgot to post a pic of my incision sites, which really is the whole selling point of going through the armpit! Need to give this man the credit he deserves!
I’ll be honest and say that when I took my dressings off that first week and saw my incision site all bumpy and raised, I freaked out a little because I scar real easily. I reached out to Dr Ennis and Donna and was reassured they would flatten out - sure enough they did!

Dr Ennis is THE BEST! Scarless breast implants!
I had a breast augmentation in February 2021 with Dr. Ennis and I cannot give this man and his team enough praise!!! LONG post, but if you have any doubts at all, I hope I can assure you that you won't find anyone better and calm your nerves about this procedure.
I was a 32B/C and got around 320cc in my right, and 380cc in my left boob - silicone, round, mod/high profile. (I started out with uneven-sized and slightly different shaped breasts). Absolutely love them right now! I feel back to normal now even when I'm doing pushups, and you can barely see my scar in my armpit. I've also had my boobs squeezed and no one can tell I've had them done! :)
So what made me pick Dr. Ennis? He's actually one of very few plastic surgeons that specialize in the TRANSAXILLARY approach (through the armpit). I scar really easily and wanted my incision hidden in my armpit.
They say your breast implant scars fade over time, but I have friends who still have very visible scars underneath their breasts after a year. Sure, it only shows when they lay down, but everyone heals different and I didn't want to take that chance with my history of scars. Surprisingly, when I googled, there weren't too many surgeons who offered the armpit approach. Apparently it's technically more difficult (and as my other friend who is a plastic surgeon warned me, your nipples can often end up looking sideways or too far apart if your doc doesn't know what he's doing). I decided to have an online consult with Dr. Ennis (since I was out of state), and immediately felt like he was the right surgeon for me. He had such a calm, friendly, patient demeanor and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. We went through what I liked and didn't like, and I felt like we were on the same page of having a natural, fuller, look.
Day of surgery I met with Dr. Ennis and his team. Donna, his wife, who works there as a nurse practitioner took me back to undress, take photos, take my vitals, put an IV in, and sign paperwork. Let me tell you, she is an absolute GEM - such a calming presence from start to finish! It was my first surgery ever and I didn't even get a chance to feel nervous. She made me feel right at home, and was so reassuring, laid-back, and personable. (At the end of surgery, she even sent me out with a small bag with ginger-ale, crackers, and other snacks which saved me when I got back to my hotel room and transformed into a sloth).
I met with Dr. Ennis again to talk about the plan and sizing, and then the anesthesiologist came and introduced himself and gave me a few medications to take before the surgery. Before you know it, I woke up to Donna, several techs/assistants, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Ennis, Viviana, checking in on me multiple times to see how I was feeling after surgery. I always had someone right next to me - they were the absolute sweetest.
Pain-wise? I woke up with 0 pain. It wasn't until I got to my hotel that I started to feel sore, but overall I don't think my pain was ever more than a 6/10 during my recovery and it was mostly when I was massaging my breasts to help them calm down and drop. I was up eating and walking the day after surgery as if nothing had happened, but was probably sore for the first month.
For people out of state - Viviana is amazing. She was so responsive and helpful in coordinating my dates, trip, and follow-up appointments. They were also able to recommend services to help bring me back to my hotel after the surgery and make sure I was okay since I went to this surgery alone. Also Dr. Ennis was very reliable in his follow-ups and responded to all my emails with concerns/questions quickly. I had an in-person follow-up a few days after surgery, and two more through facetime when I flew back home.
Could not recommend Dr. Ennis and his team enough. They were AMAZING and so so sweet!

Glad you're happy. He botched my breast lift.
I'm sorry to hear that! My breast aug still looks good and you can't even see my incisions in my armpits now so I have nothing bad to say about him
Hi what is our new bra size?
To be honest I still haven't gone to purchase new bras so I'm not sure, but they're holding up well. Ever since covid, I've just been wearing sports bras everywhere
