Back to normal life. I was honestly back to normal yesterday but more sore even with ibuprofen. I’ve only taken ibuprofen once today. I can lift stuff (within reason) drive, reach up, bend over, jump, squat, you name it I’m fine. I can’t feel the bottom of my boob, I can feel some on my nipple, and the top is completely normal, and the Sides are tender. I am still low on energy a bit just from having something so major done but it’s not to bad.

Not so sore. Getting liiiiiiittle softer not much. My nipples aren’t as numb. Gonna go get my hair done today, Super excited!! the best way to get through the healing process is just really enjoy some “me” time.
