Downsize • 520cc Moderate • 360cc Low Plus

I had my primary breast augmentation of 580cc extra high profile 13.5 cm, 6.4 projection in May 2024 making me a 28H... I was naturally a 28C with 12.25 bwd. im 5'6 135 25-26 waist 37 hip. I was unhappy with the projection and wanted a bit more side boob, I also developed capsular contracture in one side and in September 2025 I had a revision to downsize to 520cc moderate, 14.5 cm, 4.8 projection making me a 28G...the capsular contracture was fixed but still very unhappy with the amount of projection and while I achieved side boob, the previous 13.5 cm implant width made me look skinnier ! I feel so big with these implants :c... I plan to do an implant exchange to 360cc low plus, 13.5 cm, 3.5 projection or 300 or 320 low plus if I decide I want less width. The results really are are amazing ! but it's so hard to style 28G. I totally regret going so big and am so excited to be small again !
