Posting to show how my implants look in lingerie and the results 1+ year post op ribxcar and 6+ months waist lipo ! I love how my waist looks so much and the sideboob really emphasizes it. So ideal but the implant projection definitely needs to go down

the same surgeon that did my primary and current breast aug !! dr sassan alavi in san diego ! i did my entire waist , inner thighs , and inner knees (to his recommendation) for i think likeee $6k? i did it in january ! everyone said i didn't need it but it made a HUGE difference !!!

580cc Extra High Profile (Primary Augmentation)

Hi! Are you still happy with your rib remodeling/lipo results? Did people irl notice?
i'm super happy w my results !!! my stomach is so flat and my waist is tiny !! even though i neglected my corset i for sure maintained substantial results and my body looks nothing like it did before. i was so boxy and narrow before when i look at my old pics i get the ick lol ribs for the waist indent and lipo for the excess fat and that flat tummy pouch and you'll be obsessed cant recommend them enough !!

Downsize • 520cc Moderate • 360cc Low Plus

I had my primary breast augmentation of 580cc extra high profile 13.5 cm, 6.4 projection in May 2024 making me a 28H... I was naturally a 28C with 12.25 bwd. im 5'6 135 25-26 waist 37 hip. I was unhappy with the projection and wanted a bit more side boob, I also developed capsular contracture in one side and in September 2025 I had a revision to downsize to 520cc moderate, 14.5 cm, 4.8 projection making me a 28G...the capsular contracture was fixed but still very unhappy with the amount of projection and while I achieved side boob, the previous 13.5 cm implant width made me look skinnier ! I feel so big with these implants :c... I plan to do an implant exchange to 360cc low plus, 13.5 cm, 3.5 projection or 300 or 320 low plus if I decide I want less width. The results really are are amazing ! but it's so hard to style 28G. I totally regret going so big and am so excited to be small again !
