Donut lift with 350cc implants

My Breast seemed flat and saggy. Wanted to add some volume and lift. Went to 4 consultations before Dr. Restifo. But decided to go with him because of his experience, good reviews and the education. He performed donut lift with 350 cc implants.
I read that donut lift may be not good option for everyone before. But he reassured me that I’m a good candidate and in his opinion even don’t even need a lift but he would do a donut lift if I want.
As the result I’m not happy with my procedure because scars are widen up and became awful-looking. On top of it, the left nipple is bigger than left. And the left scar looks worse. Breast looks scary. He made me wait for 3 months and then said that we are going to fix scars. One at the time. Local anesthesia at the office. However, his secretary only found me a time to do that three months later from my visit today. One nipple. Therefore it will be 6 months after the surgery and I will be healing all over again in the middle of the summer. Then another nipple.
I update photos after that and my post to see if it will get any better.
However I m very disappointing with Dr. Restifo ‘s office and his staff. Especially Lisa and Maria. Lisa put me on wrong payment plan and didn’t explain details very well. On top of it, she never call me before appointments to let me know that the doctor will be late or even to confirm like normal offices do, and every time pretended that she tried but my phone wasn’t working. One time she moved the appointment and didn’t let me know. Couple time I waited for the doctor 40-50 minutes and no one even apologized.
Moreover, when they need to fix something, I have to wait 3 months, and there no other openings. However, to book a surgery was very easy, a lot of openings.
When I wanted to change wrong payment plan, and CreditCare told me that I can , just need to call the office, Maria talk to me rude and said she cannt change if, that’s it too late.

The doctor found time to do it earlier and offered options to do both nipples under general anesthesia or one at the time under-local in the office. I decided to do one at the time. He is left first that looked worse and in two weeks the right one. The left is still having difficulties to heal. The Right one seems fine. It’s too early to tell how it gonna go. Will keep updates. The doctor and his nurse Jakie were nice and do everything to make me comfortable. The Doctor schedules many appointments to keep an eye on me and see how I’m heeling.

Three months later I’m having the same issue from using the same technique. Left nipple still looks weird and wider. Second healing was worse then first one. Scars were “ raw” for a long time. The doctor offered third revision for left nipple. First I agree even I was hesitating. Then I decided to wait. Ask the question on RealSelf , many doctors recommended to wait until scars are fully mature.
So far they look very red. I have been wearing silicon sheets around the nipples and applying Plato scar kit every day.
