Documenting my BA Journey (5'7, 106 Lbs)
Decided to document my journey on here, after appreciating other thorough reviews.
My starting point: I am tall-ish and lean at 5'7 and ~106 lbs. I almost never wear a bra because what am I supporting? But when I do it's either 32A or 34A which never fills the upper part of the cup (I believe that is considered upper pole fullness, or lack thereof in my case).
What has happened so far: I met with two doctors last week back to back, both quite comparable at first glance. I reached a decision two days later as I noted the following:
1. Doctor A would be there for my pre-op appointment (aka where sizing is decided) while Doctor B would not, it would be with their nurse.
2. Doctor A operates in a facility where he is able to keep alternative sizes in case an alternative is deemed better intraoperatively. Doctor B sticks solely to the implants selected during the pre-op appointment.
3. While Doctor B has 30 years of experience vs. Doctor B with ~15, I felt that Doctor B's operations/logistics/office was a bit dated and further away in location. Doctor A's office was easier to get to and airy, and logistics felt more streamlined. Not that #3 really matters from a surgery/outcome perspective but it matters in terms of experience.
My vision: Something proportional, natural looking, probably falls into the 'ballerina' boobs category. I've been reading up on RS posts here, and putting together my vision/inspo pics that I will attach here. The collage photos are from a review posted by @vswishbaug that really aligned with what I am going for so adding them too since they are awesome.
Based on my consults and research, I think I might land somewhere ~200cc. Profile wise probably between moderate-moderate plus (doctor uses Mentor brand)
Next steps: I am figuring out when to schedule my procedure with Doctor A and it seems like it won't be until the winter which is fine as it gives me plenty of time to plan ahead, and get crystal clear on my vision.
