FOUR month post op update!
Four month post op update! I am so happy with the boobs! They look so good and I’m running and working out no problem! So grateful! Here’s a squish vid and a couple pics! I am so happy with how soft and squishy they are! I rarely wear a bra. So fun!

They look so good for 4 months! Would love to see how the scar appears at this point for you.
I’m also all for the bra-free club when I can get away with it. Sometimes the high beams get too distracting so I wear shields.

RUNNING
I’m up and RUNNING! Doc cleared me at my six weeks appt and I left and put on my shoes and ran five miles! I’m so thankful to report that my boobs did not bother me a bit in my run!! I’m so happy about it! Running is a huge part of my live and I’m thankful I can do it without hindrance from my new assets! Doc said I can just wear my surgical band at night until they’ve fully dropped and I’m very glad to be done with that for during the day! Feeling good and thankful! They are way softer but doc said they have a lot to go in that department so overall very happy!!

That’s great to hear!! How are you incisions and the drop/fluff progressing? Any changes?

Haha thank you! I love doing hair! My incisions are looking great, they really are not very noticeable! Dropping is happening but not at a fast rate, I definitely see progress though! They are for sure getting softer which is so reassuring!
