Disappointed and Sad

I am 51 years old, 5'7, 155#. My breasts are slightly bigger than an A-cup after losing 130# 8 years ago. I was looking to get a breast augmentation. After my consultation, I have decided against surgery at this time. Dr. Krasniak gave me the impression that my skin has been too stretched out from weight loss/age and would not likely hold a decent breast shape for any amount of time even with a lift to go with augmentation. I feel like it would be a temporary fix for a permanent problem. I will just learn to love and live with my "rocks-in-socks" as he referred to them. I have cried for 2 days and now it is time to pull up my big girl pants and get on with life.

Hey love, I just wanted to comment & let you know how sorry I am that you experienced this from him. At the end of the day we are all human & he was an absolute asshole for saying that to you. And I suggest that you get a second opinion because unfortunately some doctors feel like their opinions are facts & they try to play God when in reality they don’t know everything. The reason I believe you should get a second opinion is because there are literally 60+ year olds walking around with beautiful breast that they were able to gain through surgery. Look at Kim Kardashian mother for an example she is in her 70’s & have had her breast done forever. At the end of the day you should absolutely love yourself regardless of how you look! But please know that you also deserve to look how you want to look! Anyways, I wish you the best of luck & please don’t let this raggedy doctor get to you! *Virtual hug*
