Office review: they try to bump the price, take your deposit

Can't even get past the scheduling "Team" unbelievably bad, they don't call you back, they don't follow through sending you the email they tell you they promise to send. They try to make it so that you missed your scheduled surgery when you never knew what that date was, so then they try to charge another $500 to "re-schedule"! what? we never had a first date, and you can't choose another date or even ask unless you first pay a $500 re-scheduling fee! lol incredible. Should have paid more attention to ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, instead of focusing on the Ad price and discount they were offering just to get my Deposit, which of course they won't refund now! REALLY BAD
