I haven't updated in so long. Sorry to leave anyone hanging. I'm thrilled with them. They are super squishy and don't fall to the side like my last set, so my surgeon 100% corrected that issue. I've landed at a 32F/30G.
I wear a bra 23/7 and I'm not being dramatic LOL. They are super perky still and I think that's maybe why. With my first set, I hardly ever wore a bra and they started to fall off my chest when laying down.
I do have a tiny bit of rippling in my cleavage if I bend over without a bra. Totally worth it to me so I wouldn't change anything. You can't see it even in the tiniest bikini. Here are some updated photos including my 6 month check in.

6 week update!
They've softened A LOT. I don't think they've dropped any lower, though, so hopefully this is their final resting spot. They don't hurt at all anymore and I can sleep in any position comfortably but still don't lay on my stomach. I'm pretty surprised by how easily I can hide these things in clothes. I love it! So far so good.
One still sits a bit lower than the other but that's my anatomy. Sisters not twins, right? LOL.

No questions just wanted to say they look incredible!!!! I recently had overs too and I love them. I followed your post as it was hard to find a lot of review and updates of people who go overs. Gives me hope for my scars settling a bit more!

You had mentioned in a previous post that you would have to have suturing done when you had your revision, did you have to have that done? Are your new implants HP ? They look absolutely incredible!
Thank you! Yes, I had the suturing done and it appears to have worked well because it doesn't fall to the side anymore.

I finally had my revision done and I also went with 560cc mentor xtra moderate plus. I would have loved to have HP but I wanted the xtras. I love my new size but still think I could have gone bigger, but I’m loving them. I had a capsulorraphy done also. I don’t know how well it’s working but it’s definitely better than it was. I still have some space between them when I lay on my back. I guess they won’t ever sit perfectly on top like others I have seen.

Thank you! I think they are softer now with the bigger implant. I expected the opposite.
I would definitely agree! My bigger implants feel nicer than my smaller ones , even with the more cohesive gel.
You look amazing! What is that green bra in the first photo? Hubs will lose his mind if I find one like that after my BA :)

Revision to 560cc - 3 weeks PO
I recently revised and went up to 560cc. My jaw hit the floor when I first read the implant card but I'm so happy she picked this size. They've drastically shrunk since the initial swelling - thank god LOL. Currently measuring a very full 32DDD. Only had a pic with the nipple cover and bikini. Still over the muscle.

Thank you so much! I got silicone. I wanted over because I love to lift weights. Since I had enough tissue, I had the option either way.
