Went to my consult and chose the 450 cc natrelle silicone sizer which the Dr says is actually a 530cc implant I'm so scared to be going so big I don't want to give myself back problems I'm 5'11 and 130 lbs I'm about 6 weeks out and I still can't decide on a size I'm pretty skinny and lanky so I don't want to look lopsided lol

Can't decide on size!

I chose the 450cc natrelle silicone but Dr says that will really be 500-530cc does anyone have that size? I'm pretty tall and lender I don't want to look goofy but I don't want to regret not going big enough either gahhh this is so hard I also don't know if I should get moderate high profile or ultra high

Hi! My breasts were similar to yours. (Deflated d) I ended up getting 490cc and now I wear size 32G! They look beautiful, They are pretty big looking though. I was told not to go above 500 because then they will be too heavy and sag faster. My implants are pretty heavy so unless you want the extreme look and don’t care too much about long term, id stay in the 400s you will still get a big difference with any 400s. I’m so glad I didn’t go any bigger. My Dr told me he could do 560 and I can’t imagine them being any bigger, it would just look completely fake.
