Deflated 32c Getting 500cc

5 days post op. Got the 500cc smooth round under the muscle mentor silicone implants. One side is dropping more than the other as well as sweeping going down but I’m happy with how they look even with the franken boob for being 5 days out. Never took pain meds just what they gave me when I was under. I chose edibles for my pain relief. On my own with my kids now. 14 months is my youngest and my oldest is 8. She’s been really helpful. So far so good with everything

Im 5’2” 125lbs breastfed 3 babies I’m 28 a pretty deflated 32c some tissue but not much getting 500cc under the muscle next week! I’m terrified they’ll be too big for my frame and I’ll look too heavy. I have 3 kids 8,6 and 14 months. I’ll have help for 4 days then dad has to go back to work and I’ll be relying on my big kids to help as needed with the baby. Really hoping to not need pain pills.

Anybody else my size have before and have photos with around 500cc? Anybody have luck not having pain pills ? Who has babies and not a full week of help??

Here’s some better closer photos of what I have going on now. There’s some tissue but pretty flat where the upper pole is supposed to be. Still leaning toward the 500cc. Was wondering if maybe one side needs to be a little more. The dr said it will be less noticeable when they’re when they’re bigger
