4 Month Post Op Update

WORTH IT$17,000
This is probably my last update for awhile. Now that they are healed I find my self on this site way less. So stoked to feel good and go about my regular life and never think about this too much anymore - just when I'm admiring myself haha. 10/10 experience and so glad I listened to my gut and went through with it. It has really made a difference in how I see/feel about myself. Just a lot more confident and feel more feminine.

Hey girl, could you please update your recovery?
Hi! All these pics above are super recent. Fully recovered, of course they'll continue to change a little bit over the next year. Kind of forget about them now, only my scars remind me about the surgery. They are pretty red but perfectly under the crease so I don't see them much. I think they will lighten up after 6+ months.
Hi girl, could you give an update on your recovery?
Can I ask what your chest measurements are?
I am 9 days post op I also got the 265cc but they just look huge on me and im considering a revision surgery to have smaller ones put in maybe 210cc. I am 5'4 and 117lbs and I look like Pamela Anderson, which is not the look I was going for. My chest is measuring 29 bandwidth with 34inches around the wider part which makes me a 32D. I told the surgeon I wanted to be a full B cup.
Hi! I can take measurements soon and let you know but with you being only 9 days post op, I'd suggest waiting at least 4 months to see if you'd like to go smaller or not. You might be really swollen and since they sit high when they are first done! When I forst had surgery, I was like woah these are big, and now that I'm use to them, I realise they are not as big as I thought. They just take some getting use to! Don't stress, just be patient :)
Thank you.
I had my post op appointment with my surgeon and he told me the volume if each breast is probably the size they will be as all of my fluid has gone from around the implants.
Did you find your breast reduced a bit over time?
I am really panicking as I did not want to be D

2 week update. Removed steri strips and revealed scars. Using aquafore religiously on them. Incisions kinda hurt sometime but they are fresh still. Feel like swelling is down a ton and implants are more defined. They look different in all different lightings. Will update on week 3.

The size looks so good. I have been struggling with sizing as well because I also want to maintain a petite look and not look too full up top. Would you say You're an hour glass shape? I'm about your same size and I asked my Surgeon to go smaller than 190 because 250 seemed large on me but it looks good on your frame.
Hi! I am very petite and thin but would still consider my self an hour glass shape now that I have boobs haha. I originally carried any weight on my bottom half (still thin) but it was bigger in proportion to my top half and have wider hips for my frame so I was more of a pear. Now that I have the implants I think my body is more balanced top and bottom and hourglass like. Maybe you could go in between 190 and 250? Some days I feel like I could have gone smaller and been content and sometimes my boobs still feel small so I think I could have gone bigger haha it honestly depends on the day on how I feel. I was originally told to go 245 by my surgeon, then I wanted to do 295. I ended up going more conservative but still in between (265) and feel like it was a safe choice. If you can, maybe go in between to be safe!

your post has been SO helpful for me, I’m in a really similar position! same inspiration photos, almost the same measurements, and losing sleep over 245/230 or 265/245. how are you feeling about the size now?
Yay! Love hearing that. People sharing Real Self totally helped me with my decision so glad I can help now too. Hmm it's so hard when your deciding between implants so close in size like that. I personally would suggest the 265/245 from my personal experience if we really are so similar in size. Now that my implants have settled they look sooo good and I love them! I'm glad I didn't go smaller although 245-265 really isn't that big of a difference but I'm also glad I didn't go a lot larger. If you have some breast tissue and think your breast will drop and fluff well, I'd go for the bigger size! I remember stressing sooo hard on the size I had to go to my doctor 3 times to talk through it - the last time was 5 days before surgery haha. It was all I thought about until my surgery day. Luckily my doctor was patient and really steered me away from 295 but said 265 would look great in his opinion, but he highly suggest 245. If your doctor doesn't have any hesitation on the larger option, I would go with it! I also had a friend go in with me to my last consultation, where I really needed to make a final decision and that was so helpful having someone who personally knows me to give their opinion. Either way, between those sizes I think you won't have much to complain about but in my case, if I had to have a regret, I was okay regretting going a little too big vs a little too small. But that's just me!

1 day post op

Today was a little more sore probably from laying in bed all night but overall still feeling great (besides the pee thing). I had a visit with my doctor and let him know which I wrote about below.

Aside from that I feel really lucky. I'm not in a lot of pain and am very mobile. I would say the area around my breasts are a bit more sensitive today especially my side boob but it is all bearable. I can tell the rest of my body is starting to swell and I'm a bit bloated. More tired today probably because of bad sleep. Anyway, I'm very happy and can't wait to see these things drop! Hard part is over now I just need to be patient.

Hello Girl i hope you are doing great. I would like to know where your implants were placed. Dual plane breast or subfascial placement. Under of above the muscle. You look fabulous by the way! Thank you so much.
My bad!! I just re read your post. Under Muscle. Just wondering because you don't mention about being in pain like other girls. I read subfascial is less painful so i though you maybe had it. Blessings and kisses.
Oh yes, mine was under the muscle. My doctor used a nerve block, which, from what I understand, numbs the internal chest area for about 48 hours after surgery. He mentioned that most of the intense pain usually happens during that window, so by the time the block wears off, the pain isn't too bad. I also started doing gentle arm raises right away and was surprisingly mobile just a few hours post-op—maybe that helped with recovery? Honestly, I expected the worst and am still kind of shocked at how easy the whole process has been. I’m so thankful I chose the doctor I did! Wishing you the same smooth experience if you decide to go through with an aug! <3
