After 10years of dreaming and hoping for bigger better looking boobs. After extensive surgeon research, I decided to call Dr. Rivela’s office, and asked for the soonest consultation for that day. The receptionist took no time in scheduling me an hour out after my call! I walked into a soothing office. Followed by hellos and smiles, and immediately taken into my room. Brooklyn the Main nurse, was AMAZING! She was so sweet and helpful! She even went out of her way to tell me she had her boobs done by Dr. Rivela. She loved his work so much she even referred her mom and her roommate to him!!! That definitely gave me the confidence to schedule my surgery with him! (12/21/20) I tried on a couple of different sizers and if there is one thing I learned from this site I seen a lot of “I should have gone bigger” so I did just that.. I will be getting 450cc Natrelle inspira soft touch. I’m 26, 5’7, 135lbs 1child, starting around 34B. I’ll definitely update my story for you ladies once my surgery is complete!!

Wow it was amazing they were able to get you in so fast for a consult and scheduled even quicker?! Don't you have to do any pre-op bloodwork before surgery? Keep in mind that sizing and the look of your implant will be based off your BWD. Ex. 300 can look big on one person and small on another. I usually tell ladies if you're stuck between 2 sizes and it's like a 50cc difference just go with the larger size. Considering their being compressed if going behind the muscle you lose 10-15%. I know most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Hope these few things I learned along the way help you out. Keep us updated when you can. Are you prepared for surgery? I put a shoebox within reach and placed straws, wet wipes, lip balm, a book, lotion and a few other odd and ends for quick access. Good luck.

I love the shoe box idea! I’m now 3days away from surgery, so I’ve been cleaning, doing laundry, picking up meds all that good stuff. Luckily I didn’t have to do bloodwork, but I did have to go get tested for COVID! As far as BWD I believe I measured at 14cm implant was 12.5cm. I was stuck between 415 & 450. I’m excited I went with 450, but also overly anxious I will be top heavy! Lol. Thank you for your knowledge, and great tips and tricks! It was much needed at this time!

I’ve been out of surgery since 4:30, and I feel fantastic! From the time I walked into the hospital to check in, to the time I was picked up everyone was extremely friendly, and reassuring from start to finish! My post-op is tomorrow so I’ll be able to take the gauze off and actually see my results! I was terrified, but so glad I went through with it!!

I can’t believe how smoothly my recovery is coming along! I haven’t had any horrible pain, just an uncomfortable tightness! I’ve managed to shower today! I was really iffy about taking off the surgical bra. I was able to squish them and massage them a bit, and to my surprise they’re already becoming soft! I would do this all over again in a heartbeat!
